The last I heard the ignore feature is somewhat lacking. I don't use it often myself, I just used it in that case to remind me of his name. I would rather not ever group with him again.

Lol, had quite a few of these when playing eq2, mostly they were just new players and didnt know what they were doing, was irrritating from the death peanlty point of view, but we eventually got it all together, and they turned out to be awesome groups.

funny as hell but becuz of him so many annoying non-original noobs are copyin his name in guild wars, and any other online games i play i saw like 5 leeroy jenkins all in different spelling names in guild wars in 2 days.

When a group goes to FoW, clears out half the map, gets to the Forgemaster and a guy yells "Lerooooooy" and aggro's 2 huge groups on the outer ring, it's not funny anymore. I dont think i've seen one post here saying "Yeah, it's funny..... til it happens to you". Obviously you've never had a player do this to you.
I'm just totally annoyed at the lack of intelligence and maturity in some people in GW. You think you have a good group and lo and behold..... we have an attention seeker in the group. If it happened in some other mission or quest, it's not such a big deal but you pay to get into the FoW and UW. Why would you wanna throw away money like that? Since when was it "cool" or "funny" to ruin a run to Fow or UW like that?

My suggestion for ANet is this.... Implement a "kick" or "vote to kick" option for a group. If someone comes along like this, we can kick them out. Plain and simple. It would be an easy, 50%-66%, vote. If it reached 50%-66% either way, it would pass or fail respectively. There wouldnt be an abuse of this system cause it would be strictly percentages. Now sure, you'll always get some group or person who might find their way around this i'm sure, but it's a great idea to end this silliness.
My main point is this: Be able to kick problem players for this problem and other problems that might arise. Another small idea added onto this one would be if a player was kicked, a henchman would replace them. This isnt totally necessary but it's just another small bonus. I'm sure since that last update (no hench in FoW or UW) this wouldnt be possible but the ideas are out there.

BTW I'm not one of those players who calculates survival rate. I'm just a player who plays for fun, and runs like that definitely are NOT fun for me. I take the game seriously (wanting to pass quests/missions/etc) and it's just sad there are people out there that just play to ruin others' experience with GW.

yeah that happened to me in a differnet matter, xbox live. i was playin halo 2 ppl commit suicide to derank in their rank, and our team loses automatically. then i get pissed. but funny as hell when they do it 2 the other team, god im evil lol.

leroys have kept me at thunder head for a long time now but once i get a group using ts i am just gonna yell leroy and watch them panic.
